About the PFA
Who is a member of the PFA?
Every parent, guardian or carer of a child at St Teresa’s School is automatically a member of the PFA.
Why we are here?
The PFA is here for you - the parents, guardians and carers of all the children who attend St Teresa’s. Our main aim is to raise funds to purchase items, that would otherwise fall outside the school's budget, for the benefit of all OUR children so that we can help our school enhance the curriculum and facilities available. We’re also here to bring our school community together and have
lots of fun!
How does it work?
The PFA is currently run by a core of volunteers who regularly attend the PFA meetings and help to organise events. We have officers of the PFA, however everyone is free to contribute as little or as much time as they like as infrequently or as often as they like.
If you participate in a regular charity giving scheme and would like to donate to the school please feel free to do so. Or if you work for or own a company which participates in matched giving why not suggest St Teresa's as a worthy cause.
If you feel you would like to get involved either by helping at an event, giving us a great idea or you have a skill that you think we could use then please get in touch. We are always happy to welcome new volunteers and appreciate all the help that we get. leave your name, telephone number, email address and child(s) name/class at the office and we will be in touch.
