Welcome

A very warm welcome to Year 3! We are great believers in our Growth Mind Set “Can we do it? Yes we can!” With a positive mind set, we can achieve our goals and dreams! As this is the first year of Junior school, we develop as individuals at a very fast rate!

We have many challenges and opportunities in Year 3. We have specialist music teachers who come in and teach us how to play the Cajons and Glockenspiels. Along with Year 4, we perform a Christmas Carol Concert at St Teresa’s church. In addition, we prepare for our First Holy Communion and perform an amazing assembly based on this!

Towards the end of Year 3, we start preparing the children for the national Multiplications Tables Check by giving them regular practise and tests.
